Movie Review: Tropic Thunder

Time for my very first movie review! :D (how exciting, ne?)
I'll do my best not to add any spoilers and keep this short. XD

Synopsis:
A group of self-absorbed actors set out to make the most expensive war film. But after ballooning costs force the studio to cancel the movie, the frustrated director refuses to stop shooting, leading his cast into the jungles of Southeast Asia, where they encounter real bad guys.

My personal rating:
3/5 Stars

The acting was okay. It was more of a comedy that anything else. And I generally don't like comedies.
It's listed as an action/adventure/comedy, but I really didn't see much action. There were a few minor parts where there was a bit of good paced action, but it was mostly just comedy. It was really funny, but nothing I would have seen in the theatre.(my friend bought me tickets so I didn't pay for it. lol)

I really liked the ending though! :D lol
Seriously, rent it if you want a decent laugh. The ending is totally worth it.

Other Thoughts:
Ben Stiller really needs to put out better movies. This one was like one of his not better ones. And I can't believe that Tom Cruise was in this movie as the part he played. I actually did a double take when I realised who it was. XD;

So yeah, there is my movie review..
Meh, I was bored and figured I'd post another entry here. lol
